About Me: I once read “you know you’re addicted to volleyball when you travel with a volleyball in the back of your car.” Well, I have two and a portable pump. I LOVE volleyball and love coaching almost as much!
Volleyball Background: 7-12 at Glen Lake Schools, Co-ed A league (with Trissa and Tim now too ?) for the past 3 years, NMC club in 2005, multiple Saturday open gyms, pretty much whenever I can play, I do.

Tim Homa--
Tim Homa has been coaching volleyball at a multitude of levels since 1997. He has coached at the varsity level since 2000 and has .648 winning percentage. Tim coached in Las Vegas for ten years, prior to moving to Traverse City, where he was selected Coach of the Year 4 times (2001, 2003, 2004, 2005) and his teams made it to the State finals three times (2002, 2003, 2005). Tim was co-owner of the Desert Elite Volleyball Club that operated out of Las Vegas and helped to train over 150 girls who wanted to increase their volleyball skills. Tim coached the 13’s, 16’s and 18’s age groups while a part of Desert Elite. Tim is currently the Head Coach of the Traverse City Trojans Varsity Volleyball Team. He just completed his 2
nd season.
Jessica Miller--

Trissa Wilbert--
Attended Traverse City West Senior High, graduated 1999, lettered in varsity basketball, volleyball, tennis, track, choir, and academics. All BNC junior and senior years, All Region senior year, district champions senior year, BNC champions junior and senior year. Attended Saginaw Valley State University on volleyball scholarship, graduated 2004, degree in Psychology and English, Student Athlete Academic Counsel member, GLIAC academic all conference. Coached freshman at Bay City Central 2000, AAU 14’s 2007, coached various summer programs/camps at SVSU, CAP1 certified coach. In my free time you can find me playing Sudoku puzzles, playing with my dog, or any variety of sports…especially volleyball!!!!
